After playing the role of a Sikh in films such as Border, Jo Bole So Nihaal, Gadar, Yamla Pagla Deewana and the sequel to YPD, Sunny Deol will once more don the turban for another flick, which will be directed by Rajkumar Santoshi.Sources claim that the two have decided to team up for a project titled Fateh Singh that will have Sunny essay the role of a Sardar. Deol and Santoshi, who had a fallout in 2000 when both decided to make films on legendary martyr Bhagat Singh, resolved their differences a couple of years back and had been planning to work together since then.
Deol and Santoshi have given major box office blockbusters such a Ghayal, Ghatak and Damini.
