Emraan Hashmi’s Hollywood film has a Bond girl!
The Oscar award winning director Danis Tanovic, who is in charge of Emraan Hashmi’s ticket to Hollywood, has got a former Bond girl for the film. Who’s she?

It’s learnt that the former Bond girl Maryam d’Abo will be seen in a pivotal role in Tanovic’s film. Maryam joined the likes of former Bond heroines Ursula Andress and Grace Jones when she made an appearance as Kara Milovy in the James Bond film The Living Daylights in 1987. In the film she was paired opposite Timothy Dalton.

In 2002, Maryam d'Abo also co-wrote the book Bond Girls Are Forever as a tribute to the women who have played the role of a Bond Girl. Of late, the English actress, who is married to Oscar-nominated British director Hugh Hudson, has been keeping a low profile.

“Maryam is playing an important role in the film and it was director Danis Tanovic’s idea to cast her,” a source tells a tabloid.

Producer Guneet Monga also confirms the reports. In fact, the actress is already in Patiala for the film’s shooting schedule.

Recently, Emraan Hashmi also walked the red carpet at the Berlin International Film Festival in support of Danis Tanovic’s new film An Episode In The life of an Iron Picker.

And as far as Emraan Hashmi’s film with Tanovic is concerned, the makers have kept everything under wraps, and want to keep everyone guessing about the yet-untitled flick
